MacBook Air Screen Repair
11″ LCD Only Replacement $119
13″ LCD Only Replacement $279

One of our most popular repairs is the MacBook Air screen repair service. Most repair shops are only able to offer display assembly replacement for the MacBook Air line of Apple Laptops. This means if you crack the LCD panel (the part that displays the picture), you would have to replace the entire display assembly which includes the LCD panel, the back housing, front facing camera, wifi cables, display cable, and more. We are able to replace just the LCD panel which can save you $100’s off the Apple store price. We can complete screen repairs on both the 11″ MacBook Air model and the 13″ MacBook Air model. Our turnaround time on these repairs is also very fast as we keep the parts in stock. We can complete the repair within 1 day of having the computer dropped off.

Retina MacBook Pro Screen Repair
13″ Retina MacBook Pro Display Assembly $425
15″ Retina MacBook Pro Display Assembly $425

While in theory we can replace just the LCD and glass panel on the Retina MacBook Pro’s, in practice the part cost and labor time make the LCD only repair cost the same amount as the display assembly replacement. Because offering the LCD only repair doesn’t you money, we just stock the display assemblies on these Apple Retina models. Our pricing for the 15″ MacBook Pro Retina display replacement will save you $100’s off the price the Apple Store charges. If you want a quick and easy way to see if you have an older MacBook Pro non-retina model or a newer MacBook Pro Retina model, just look on the right hand side of the laptop and see if there is a slot for putting a DVD disk in. If the DVD slot is present, you have an older MacBook Pro model. If your computer does not have a DVD slot, you hav a newer Retina MacBook Pro.

MacBook Pro w/ DVD Slot Screen Repair
13″ Glass Only $125 – LCD Only $125 – Both LCD and Glass $175
15″ Glass Only $125 – LCD Only $125 – Both LCD and Glass $175
17″ Glass Only $125 – LCD Only $175 – Both LCD and Glass $175

For the older Model MacBook Pro’s (the ones with a DVD slot on the side), we are able to replace just the LCD, just the Glass panel, or both the LCD and the glass panel. This means if you accidentally break the glass on your MacBook Pro, we are able to replace just the cracked glass for much less than replacing the entire display assembly. If the computer takes a hit and the LCD panel is broken (the image on the screen is distorted), we can carefully remove the undamaged glass panel and replace just the LCD while keeping the original glass. By offering these component level repairs we decrease the cost of repairing your MacBook Pro.
An easy way to tell the difference between a cracked glass panel and a cracked LCD panel: If you have cracked glass the image on the screen is not distorted, but it looks like your computer has a cracked windshield. By replacing the glass we will restore functionality to the machine. If your computer has a distorted image on the screen (lines, bars of color, splotches of black or color, etc), you likely have a cracked LCD panel. If you are still unsure what problem your MacBook Pro has, feel free to contact us and send us a picture of the broken display! We will let you know what is wrong and how much the repair will cost.

12″ Retina MacBook
LCD Replacement $375
[/two_third_last]
The Retina MacBook is a 12″ model that apple released in various colors including silver, gold, and rose gold. We are able to replace just the LCD screen on this model which helps keep the price below what the Apple store charges for repair. On this particular model the LCD panel covers almost the entire front of the display assembly. This means if there are any dents on the corners of the display, the new LCD will likely not fit in the old damaged assembly. If your Retina MacBook has a cracked LCD but the edges of the screen are not damaged, we can replace just the LCD panel at a significant savings. If your computer needs an entire display assembly replacement due to damaged housing, we can provide you with a custom quote for the replacement which will still be less than the Apple store charges.

13″ MacBook
13″ Glass $125 – LCD $125 – Both $175

If you have an older 13″ MacBook, we are able to repair the screens on those models as well! On some 13″ MacBooks there is a glass panel that covers the LCD, on other models there is not. The A1181 model (it came in white and black) has just the LCD panel present, so there is no glass covering the screen. The A1342 model (white model) also only had an LCD panel. The A1278 MacBook that was released for one year in 2008 does have a panel of glass covering the LCD panel. No matter what model MacBook you have, we can perform a component level repair and just repair the part that is broken on your machine.
We try to keep the parts needed for most screen repairs in stock which allows us to offer extremely fast turnaround times. Many times we are able to replace the broken components on your Mac laptop the same day you drop it off. If we are out of stock on a part, we can usually order one in within a few days. Feel free to contact us with the serial number or model of your Mac and we will help you find the service you need and verify availability of the part.
